Insurance claims

Your hail claim in four steps

Most of our roofs are paid for by insurance. Here is how it goes, start to finish.

Texas law (HB 2102) makes it illegal for a roofer to pay or waive your deductible. We never offer it, and you should be wary of anyone who does.

Travis met the adjuster himself and pointed out damage the adjuster missed on the back slope. The claim covered the whole roof.

Done in a day and a half. They ran the magnet over the yard twice and I haven't found a single nail.

We asked for a new roof. He said ours had years left and fixed two spots instead. That's why we'll call him again.

About us

We'll still be here after the storm

After every big hail storm, out-of-state crews knock on doors for a few weeks and then they're gone. We live here, and our warranty is good because we're still here to honor it.

I'm on most inspections myself, and I'll tell you if your roof doesn't need replacing.

FAQ

Roof and insurance questions

Not answered here?Call (806) 555-0177
Is the inspection really free?

Yes. No charge and no pressure, whether or not you file a claim.

Will my insurance pay for a new roof?

If hail or wind damaged it, often yes, minus your deductible. We'll tell you honestly if the damage isn't enough for a claim.

How long does a replacement take?

Most homes take one or two days.

Do you do metal roofs?

Yes, standing seam and exposed-fastener panels for homes, barns and shops.

Can you cover my deductible?

No. Texas law doesn't allow it, and any roofer who offers is breaking the law.
